Best known as a ‘bruise balm’ this skin salve made from hundreds of daisies infused in organic virgin olive oil has in fact a whole host of benefits.
Besides helping to heal bruises in a similar way to arnica thanks to its anti inflammatory properties, Daisy balm also boasts anti ageing, skin brightening, antibacterial, pain relieving and muscle soothing properties. It has even been used to ease the pain of inflamed joints from rheumatism as well as the discomfort caused by menstrual cramps, and from aching backs after a day in the garden!
